أداة تقرأ عقد عملك وتشرح بنوده، وتقارنها بنظام العمل السعودي وبالممارسة الشائعة، وتحسب مستحقّاتك التقديرية. تستطيع أيضًا أن تُنشئ لك خطابًا لصاحب العمل وملف قضية من المعلومات التي أدخلتها أنت.
كل نتيجة يعرضها وضوح تذكر مصدرها. وحين نذكر رقم مادة، فذلك لأننا تحقّقنا منه في النص الرسمي وسجّلناه في سجلّ المصادر داخل التطبيق؛ وما لم نتحقّق منه نقول إنه قراءة وضوح ولا ندّعي له سندًا نظاميًا.
ومع ذلك، الأنظمة تتغيّر، والحالات تختلف، والخطأ ممكن. سجلّ التصحيحات منشور داخل التطبيق لأننا نخطئ ونصحّح. لا تبنِ قرارًا مصيريًا على هذه الأداة وحدها.
استخدمها لعقدك أنت أو لعقد تملك حق الاطّلاع عليه. ولا يجوز استخدامها لأذى غيرك، أو لمحاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها، أو لإعادة بيع مخرجاتها كأنها استشارة قانونية.
الحساب اختياري ويشتري المزامنة بين أجهزتك فقط. أنت مسؤول عن حماية حساب Google أو Apple الذي تسجّل به. ويمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
بعض الميزات تستعين بنموذج ذكاء اصطناعي، وكلها اختيارية ولا تعمل إلا بموافقتك. وما يقوله النموذج يمرّ على فحص من خادمنا قبل عرضه: لا يُعرض رقم مادة ولا مبلغ ريال إلا إذا كان في مصدر موثّق لدينا، وإلا رُفض الجواب كاملًا. ومع ذلك يبقى مخرج النموذج معلومة عامة لا استشارة، وقد يخطئ.
ولا يستطيع النموذج تغيير أي مبلغ — كل الحساب يجري على جهازك.
نجتهد أن تبقى الخدمة متاحة، ولا نضمن ذلك. وقد نغيّر الميزات أو نوقفها، وسنُشعر بما هو جوهري.
وضوح يُقدَّم كما هو. وفي حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية قرار اتخذته بناءً على مخرجاته، ولا نتحمّل خسائر غير مباشرة. وفي كل الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا ما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة. وهذا لا يمسّ حقوقك النظامية غير القابلة للتنازل.

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات القضائية السعودية بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

A tool that reads your employment contract and explains its clauses, compares them against Saudi labour law and common practice, and estimates what you are owed. It can also draft a letter to your employer and a case file from information you provide.
Every result states where it came from. Where we name an article number, it is because we verified it against the official text and recorded it in the sources register inside the app. Anything we have not verified says plainly that it is Wodouh's reading and claims no statutory authority.
Even so: laws change, situations differ, and mistakes are possible. Our corrections log is published inside the app because we do get things wrong and fix them. Do not make a life decision on this tool alone.
Use it for your own contract, or one you are entitled to see. Do not use it to harm others, to attack or disrupt the service, or to resell its output as legal advice.
An account is optional and buys syncing across your devices, nothing more. You are responsible for the security of the Google or Apple account you sign in with. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
Some features use an AI model. All are optional and none runs without your consent. What the model says is checked by our server before you see it: no article number and no riyal figure is shown unless it appears in a source we have verified, and an answer that breaks that rule is refused entirely. Even so, model output is general information, not advice, and it can be wrong.
And the model cannot change any amount — all arithmetic runs on your device.
We work to keep the service available and do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of anything significant.
Wodouh is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its output, nor for indirect losses. In any case our liability will not exceed what you paid us in the preceding twelve months. None of this affects statutory rights that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and we will give notice in the app of anything material.
