الخلاصة في سطرين: عقدك يُقرأ ويُحلَّل داخل التطبيق على جهازك، وكل مبلغ يُحسب هناك ويبقى هناك. لا يغادر نص عقدك جهازك إلا في حالات محدّدة تختارها أنت بنفسك، وكل واحدة منها لها موافقة منفصلة، ومكتوب أدناه ماذا تُرسل بالضبط.
وضوح تطبيق يقرأ عقود العمل السعودية ويشرحها. هذه السياسة تخصّ الموقع alwodouh.com والتطبيق داخله.
حين تلصق نص عقدك أو ترفع ملف PDF، يُستخرج النص ويُفحص داخل متصفحك. الدرجة، والتنبيهات، والبنود، ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة، وكل رقم في التقييم — كلها تُحسب على جهازك. لا نرفع العقد، ولا نخزّنه، ولا نطّلع عليه.
وما تحفظه في التطبيق دون تسجيل دخول يبقى في ذاكرة متصفحك وحدها (localStorage). إذا حذفت بيانات المتصفح أو حذفت التطبيق، ذهب معه كل شيء، ولا توجد عندنا نسخة.
هذه هي الحالات الوحيدة التي يغادر فيها شيء جهازك. لا تعمل أي منها تلقائيًا، ولا تُفعَّل إلا بضغطك على موافقة مكتوب فيها ماذا سيُرسل. إذا رفضتها كلها، يعمل التطبيق كاملًا.
الأربعة تمرّ عبر خادم وضوح إلى نموذج Claude من شركة Anthropic. الثلاثة الأولى لا يُحفظ منها شيء في أي مرحلة؛ والرابع يُحفظ الملف مؤقتًا ثم يُحذف. ولا يستطيع أي منها تغيير مبلغ — الحساب كله يبقى على جهازك.
حين تفتح شاشة الدفع أو حسابك، يسأل التطبيق خوادمنا سؤالًا واحدًا: أي الميزات مفعّلة الآن. لا يحمل هذا الطلب شيئًا عنك ولا عن عقدك — لا حسابك ولا أرقامك ولا نصّك — وإذا لم يصله جواب أكمل التطبيق عمله كأن شيئًا لم يكن. ولا يحدث هذا الطلب أصلًا إذا لم تفتح تلك الشاشات.
الحساب اختياري تمامًا، ويشتري شيئًا واحدًا: مزامنة ما حفظته بين أجهزتك. التطبيق يعمل كاملًا بدونه.
عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple نحفظ:
لا نحفظ نص العقد ولا صفحات PDF ولا اقتباسات البنود. قاعدة البيانات مبنية على هذا الشرط، وليست مجرد وعد.
على خوادم Supabase في فرانكفورت بألمانيا. لا يوفّر مزوّدنا اليوم مركز بيانات داخل المملكة. نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) ينظّم نقل البيانات الشخصية خارج المملكة، وهذه المسألة مطروحة على مستشارنا القانوني ولم تُحسم بعد. نذكرها هنا صراحةً بدل السكوت عنها.
داخل التطبيق: الحساب ← حذف حسابي. الحذف يجري في قاعدة البيانات مباشرة ويشمل كل ما سبق. وهو مكتوب في الشيفرة، لا وعدًا بخدمة عملاء.
وما دمت لم تسجّل دخولًا، فليس عندنا ما نحذفه أصلًا — مسح بيانات المتصفح يكفي.
حين تُفعَّل المدفوعات، تتم عبر بوّابة دفع مرخّصة وعلى صفحتها هي، لا داخل صفحاتنا. لا تمرّ بيانات بطاقتك بخوادمنا ولا نحتفظ بها. ونستلم من البوّابة تأكيد الدفع فقط.
لك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية أن تعرف ما لدينا عنك، وأن تطلب تصحيحه أو حذفه، وأن تسحب موافقتك. أكثر ذلك متاح لك مباشرة داخل التطبيق؛ ولأي شيء آخر راسلنا.
إذا تغيّر ما يفعله التطبيق، تتغيّر هذه الصفحة معه في الوقت نفسه. سياسة تصف نسخةً قديمة من المنتج أسوأ من عدمها.

The short version: your contract is read and analysed inside the app on your device, and every amount is calculated there and stays there. Your contract text leaves your device only in specific cases that you choose, each with its own separate consent, and each one is listed below with exactly what it sends.
Wodouh is an app that reads Saudi employment contracts and explains them. This policy covers alwodouh.com and the app within it.
When you paste your contract or open a PDF, the text is extracted and examined inside your browser. The score, the flags, the clause review, the end-of-service award, every figure in the assessment — all computed on your device. We do not upload your contract, store it, or read it.
Anything you save without an account stays in your browser's storage alone (localStorage). Clear your browser data or delete the app and it all goes with it. We hold no copy.
These are the only cases where anything leaves your device. None runs automatically. Each requires you to tick a consent that states what will be sent. Decline all four and the app works in full.
All four go through Wodouh's server to Anthropic's Claude model. Nothing is stored at any point for the first three; the fourth stores the file briefly and then deletes it. None of them can change any amount — the arithmetic stays on your device.
When you open the payment screen or your account, the app asks our servers one question: which features are switched on right now. That request carries nothing about you or your contract — no account, no figures, no text — and if no answer comes back the app carries on exactly as it would have. It does not happen at all if you never open those screens.
An account is entirely optional and buys one thing: syncing what you have saved across your devices. The app works in full without one.
When you sign in with Google or Apple we store:
We do not store contract text, PDF bytes, or quoted clauses. The database is built around that constraint rather than merely promising it.
On Supabase servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Our provider has no data centre inside the Kingdom today. Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) regulates transfers of personal data outside the Kingdom; the question is with our legal counsel and is not settled. We name it here rather than leave it unsaid.
In the app: Account → Delete my account. Deletion runs in the database directly and covers everything listed above. It exists as code, not as a customer-service promise.
If you never signed in, there is nothing on our side to delete — clearing your browser data is enough.
When payments are switched on, they run through a licensed payment gateway, on the gateway's own page rather than inside ours. Your card details never pass through our servers and we never hold them. We receive confirmation of payment and nothing more.
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Most of that is available to you directly in the app; for anything else, write to us.
If what the app does changes, this page changes at the same time. A policy describing an older version of the product is worse than none.
