الخلاصة في سطرين: عقدك يُقرأ ويُحلَّل داخل التطبيق على جهازك، وكل مبلغ يُحسب هناك ويبقى هناك. لا يغادر نص عقدك جهازك إلا في حالات محدّدة تختارها أنت بنفسك، وكل واحدة منها لها موافقة منفصلة، ومكتوب أدناه ماذا تُرسل بالضبط.
وضوح تطبيق يقرأ عقود العمل السعودية ويشرحها. هذه السياسة تخصّ الموقع alwodouh.com والتطبيق داخله.
حين تلصق نص عقدك أو ترفع ملف PDF، يُستخرج النص ويُفحص داخل متصفحك. الدرجة، والتنبيهات، والبنود، ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة، وكل رقم في التقييم، كلها تُحسب على جهازك. لا نرفع العقد، ولا نخزّنه، ولا نطّلع عليه.
وشغلك في التطبيق يبقى في ذاكرة متصفحك وحدها (localStorage) ما لم تطلب أنت مزامنته. إذا حذفت بيانات المتصفح أو حذفت التطبيق، ذهب معه كل ما لم يُزامن، ولا توجد عندنا نسخة منه.
هذه هي الحالات الوحيدة التي يغادر فيها نص عقدك أو ملفه جهازك. لا تعمل أي منها تلقائيًا، ولا تُفعَّل إلا بضغطك على موافقة مكتوب فيها ماذا سيُرسل. إذا رفضتها كلها، يعمل التطبيق كاملًا. الثلاثة الأولى تُرسل نصًّا فقط، سواء كتبته أنت أو استُخرج على جهازك. والرابعة ترسل الملف نفسه ويُحذف بعد ساعة.
الأربعة تمرّ عبر خادم وضوح إلى نموذج Claude من شركة Anthropic. الثلاثة الأولى لا يُحفظ منها شيء في أي مرحلة؛ والرابعة، الملف، يُحذف بعد ساعة. ولا يستطيع أي منها تغيير مبلغ، الحساب كله يبقى على جهازك.
حين تفتح شاشة الدفع أو حسابك، يسأل التطبيق خوادمنا سؤالًا واحدًا: أي الميزات مفعّلة الآن. لا يحمل هذا الطلب شيئًا عنك ولا عن عقدك: لا حسابك ولا أرقامك ولا نصّك، وإذا لم يصله جواب أكمل التطبيق عمله كأن شيئًا لم يكن.
وشاشة تسجيل الدخول تسأل سؤالًا مشابهًا: أي طرق الدخول مفعّلة. وهو كذلك لا يحمل شيئًا عنك. نسأله عشان ما نعرض لك زر دخول يفشل لو ضغطته.
الباقة المجانية فحص عقد واحد في الشهر. وعشان يُحسب على شخص لا على متصفّح، نسجّل سطرًا واحدًا لكل فحص: حسابك وتاريخ الفحص ووقته. هذا كل السطر.
لا نسجّل العقد، ولا نصّه، ولا اسم ملفه، ولا طوله، ولا درجته، ولا بنوده، ولا حتى نوع المستند. من يقرأ هذا الجدول يعرف أن حسابك فحص شيئًا في تاريخ معيّن، ولا يعرف عن ذلك الشيء ولا حرفًا. والتحليل نفسه يظل كاملًا على جهازك.
نحتفظ بهذه السطور ثلاثة عشر شهرًا، عشان سؤال «هذا الشهر» يقدر يرجع سنة كاملة للخلف. وحذف حسابك يحذفها معه.
ونقولها بصراحة: هذا سجل نحترمه، لا قفل. لأن عقدك يُقرأ على جهازك أنت، ما فيه خادم عندنا يقدر يمنع فحصًا أصلًا. الحساب يخلّي مسح المتصفح أو النافذة الخاصة ما تصفّر العدّاد، وما يعني أن العدّاد ما يُتجاوز أبدًا لمن أصرّ. اخترنا الضمان الأضعف لأن الأقوى يتطلّب إرسال عقدك لنا، وهذا آخر شيء يعد به هذا التطبيق.
الحاسبة ودليل الحقوق يعملان بلا حساب. وباقي التطبيق (قراءة عقد، والتذكيرات، والمساعد) يتطلّب تسجيل دخول بعد الجولة التعريفية. وهذا تغيير عن السابق، حيث كانت التذكيرات والمساعد تعمل بلا حساب.
وما تغيّر هو الدخول، لا ما نجمعه عنك بعده. العقد ما زال يُقرأ على جهازك، وما زلنا لا نرفعه ولا نخزّنه. وما هو مذكور في هذه الصفحة عن البيانات هو كل ما لدينا.
تقدر تسجّل بحساب Google أو بأي بريد إلكتروني. الدخول بالبريد يرسل رمزًا من 6 أرقام إلى عنوانك؛ ما فيه كلمة مرور، يعني ما فيه كلمة مرور نحفظها ولا أحد يسرقها. العنوان يُحفظ لدى مزوّد المصادقة (Supabase) ولدى الخدمة التي توصّل البريد.
والدخول بحساب Apple وبرقم الجوال قيد التجهيز. وحين يعمل الدخول بالجوال، سيرسل رمزًا مماثلًا برسالة نصية، وسيُحفظ رقمك لدى Supabase ولدى مزوّد الرسائل (Twilio). سنحدّث هذه الصفحة قبل تفعيله لا بعده.
عند تسجيل الدخول نحفظ:
لا نحفظ نص العقد ولا صفحات PDF ولا اقتباسات البنود. قاعدة البيانات مبنية على هذا الشرط، وليست مجرد وعد.
داخل التطبيق: الحساب ← حذف حسابي. الحذف يجري في قاعدة البيانات مباشرة ويشمل كل ما سبق. وهو مكتوب في الشيفرة، لا وعدًا بخدمة عملاء.
وما دمت لم تسجّل دخولًا، فليس عندنا ما نحذفه أصلًا، ويكفي مسح بيانات المتصفح.
حين تُفعَّل المدفوعات، تتم عبر بوّابة دفع مرخّصة وعلى صفحتها هي، لا داخل صفحاتنا. لا تمرّ بيانات بطاقتك بخوادمنا ولا نحتفظ بها. ونستلم من البوّابة تأكيد الدفع فقط.
لك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية أن تعرف ما لدينا عنك، وأن تطلب تصحيحه أو حذفه، وأن تسحب موافقتك. أكثر ذلك متاح لك مباشرة داخل التطبيق؛ ولأي شيء آخر راسلنا.
إذا تغيّر ما يفعله التطبيق، تتغيّر هذه الصفحة معه في الوقت نفسه. سياسة تصف نسخةً قديمة من المنتج أسوأ من عدمها.

The short version: your contract is read and analysed inside the app on your device, and every amount is calculated there and stays there. Your contract text leaves your device only in specific cases that you choose, each with its own separate consent, and each one is listed below with exactly what it sends.
Wodouh is an app that reads Saudi employment contracts and explains them. This policy covers alwodouh.com and the app within it.
When you paste your contract or open a PDF, the text is extracted and examined inside your browser. The score, the flags, the clause review, the end-of-service award, every figure in the assessment: all computed on your device. We do not upload your contract, store it, or read it.
Your work stays in your browser's storage alone (localStorage) unless you ask us to sync it. Clear your browser data or delete the app and everything unsynced goes with it. We hold no copy of it.
These are the only cases where anything leaves your device. None runs automatically. Each requires you to tick a consent that states what will be sent. Decline all four and the app works in full. The first three send only text: what you typed or text extracted on your device. The fourth sends the file itself, which is deleted after one hour.
All four go through Wodouh's server to Anthropic's Claude model. The first three store nothing at any point. The fourth, the file, is deleted after one hour. None of them can change any amount; the arithmetic stays on your device.
When you open the payment screen or your account, the app asks our servers which features are switched on right now, and the sign-in screen asks which ways of signing in are enabled. Neither request carries anything about you or your contract: no account, no figures, no text, and if no answer comes back the app carries on exactly as it would have.
The sign-in screen asks a similar one: which ways of signing in are switched on. It carries nothing about you either. It is asked so we never show you a sign-in button that would fail.
The free tier is one contract scan a month. To count it against a person rather than a browser, we record one row per scan: your account and the date and time. That is the whole record.
We do not record the contract, its text, its file name, its length, its score, its clauses, or what kind of document it was. Someone reading that table learns that your account scanned something on a date, and nothing at all about what you scanned. The analysis still happens entirely on your device.
We keep those rows for thirteen months, so a "this month" question can always look a full year back. Deleting your account deletes them with it.
Being honest about what this is: it is a record we honour, not a lock. Because your contract is read on your own device, no server of ours is in a position to stop a scan. Counting against an account means clearing your browser or opening a private window no longer resets the limit. It does not mean the limit cannot be circumvented by someone determined to. We chose the weaker guarantee because the stronger one would require sending your contract to us, which is the one thing this app promises never to do.
The calculator and the rights library work without an account. The rest of the app (reading a contract, the reminders and the assistant) requires you to be signed in, after the introductory tour. This is a change; the reminders and the assistant previously worked without one.
What changed is the door, not what we collect once you are through it. Your contract is still read on your device, and we still do not upload or store it. What this page describes is still the whole of what we hold.
You can sign in with Google or with any email address. Email sign-in sends a six-digit code to that address; there is no password, so there is no password for us to store or for anyone to steal. The address is held by our authentication provider (Supabase) and by the service that delivers the mail.
Apple sign-in and mobile-number sign-in are being built. When phone sign-in works it will send the same kind of code as a text message, and your number will be held by Supabase and by the message provider (Twilio). We will update this page before switching it on, not after.
When you sign in we store:
We do not store contract text, PDF bytes, or quoted clauses. The database is built around that constraint rather than merely promising it.
In the app: Account → Delete my account. Deletion runs in the database directly and covers everything listed above. It exists as code, not as a customer-service promise.
If you never signed in, there is nothing on our side to delete; clearing your browser data is enough.
When payments are switched on, they run through a licensed payment gateway, on the gateway's own page rather than inside ours. Your card details never pass through our servers and we never hold them. We receive confirmation of payment and nothing more.
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Most of that is available to you directly in the app; for anything else, write to us.
If what the app does changes, this page changes at the same time. A policy describing an older version of the product is worse than none.
