إذا كان الخطأ منّا، نرجّع لك المبلغ كاملًا. كل طلب استرجاع يقرأه شخص منّا وينظر فيه. إن كان الخلل من عندنا رجّعنا المبلغ كاملًا دائمًا، وإن وصلك ما اشتريته كما هو موصوف ثم لم تعجبك النتيجة، فقد حصلت على الخدمة ولا يُرد المبلغ.
نرجّع المبلغ كاملًا في كل حالة يكون الخطأ فيها منّا، ومنها:
ما تشتريه هنا معلومة ومستند يُسلَّمان لك فورًا، ولا يمكن إرجاعهما بعد أن تطّلع عليهما. لذلك لا يُرد المبلغ إذا:
إن دفعت ولم تفتح ما اشتريته بعد، يُرد لك المبلغ كاملًا إذا طلبت ذلك خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
اكتب لنا خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء. وإن كان الخطأ منّا واكتشفته بعد ذلك، اكتب لنا على أي حال وسننظر فيه.
راسلنا على support@alwodouh.com من البريد نفسه الذي اشتريت به، مع رقم العملية وسطرين عن المشكلة: ما الذي حصل، وأين.
إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها التي اشتريت بها. لا نصدر أرصدةً داخل التطبيق بدلًا من النقد إلا إذا طلبت أنت ذلك.
الباقة صالحة اثني عشر شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء. إن ما استخدمت منها ولا مراجعة، تُرد كاملة خلال 14 يومًا من الشراء.
وإن استخدمت بعضها خلال المدة نفسها، تُحسب المراجعات المستخدمة بسعر المراجعة الواحدة (199 ر.س) لا بسعر الباقة، ويُرد لك ما تبقّى من الـ699 ر.س، ولا يقل الردّ عن صفر أبدًا. عمليًا:
بعد اثني عشر شهرًا تنتهي المراجعات غير المستخدمة. هذا مكتوب هنا وعلى شاشة الشراء نفسها، عشان ما تعرفه أول مرة بعد ما تدفع.
إن ما فتحت منهما شيئًا، يُرد المبلغ كاملًا خلال 14 يومًا من الشراء. وإن استخدمت واحدًا خلال المدة نفسها، يُحسب بسعره منفردًا ويُرد لك الباقي من الـ299 ر.س:
«وضوح أعمال» يُدفع مرة واحدة لمدة 30 يومًا، ولا يتجدّد تلقائيًا ولا يُخصم منك شيء بعده. إن طلبت الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا ولم تستخدمه، يُرد كاملًا. وبعد استخدامه ينطبق عليه ما ينطبق على غيره: نرجّع إذا كان الخطأ منّا.
الأسعار المعروضة هي المبلغ النهائي، ولا تُضاف عليها ضريبة قيمة مضافة. والاسترجاع يُعاد بالمبلغ الذي دفعته فعلًا.
اكتب لنا مرة أخرى وسننظر فيها بأنفسنا. وحقوقك النظامية بموجب أنظمة حماية المستهلك في المملكة قائمة ولا تنتقص منها هذه الصفحة.

If we got it wrong, we refund you in full. Every refund request is read and reviewed by a person. If the fault is ours, we always refund the full amount. If you received what you bought, as described, and did not like the outcome, you have had the service and the payment is not refunded.
We refund the full amount whenever the mistake is ours, including:
What you buy here is information and a document, delivered to you immediately. Once you have read them they cannot be handed back. So the payment is not refunded when:
If you paid and have not opened what you bought, it is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase.
Write to us within 14 days of purchase. If the mistake is ours and you only find it later, write anyway and we will look at it.
Email support@alwodouh.com from the address you bought with, with the transaction reference and a couple of lines on the problem: what happened, and where.
Back to the payment method you bought with. We do not issue in-app credit instead of money unless you ask us to.
The pack is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. If you have used none of it, it is refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
If you have used some within that time, the reviews you used are charged at the single-review price (199 SAR) rather than the pack rate, and we refund whatever is left of the 699 SAR, never less than nothing. In practice:
After twelve months, unused reviews expire. That is written here and on the purchase screen itself, so it is not something you meet for the first time after paying.
If you have opened neither, it is refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. If you have used one of them within that time, it is charged at its single price and we refund the rest of the 299 SAR:
Wodouh for business is paid once for 30 days. It does not renew and nothing is charged after it ends. If you ask within 14 days and have not used it, it is refunded in full. Once used, the same rule applies as everywhere else: we refund when the mistake is ours.
Displayed prices are the total payable, and no VAT is added to them. A refund returns the amount you actually paid.
Write again and we will look at it ourselves. Your statutory rights under Saudi consumer protection regulations stand, and nothing on this page reduces them.
