A party who terminates without observing the Article 75 notice pays the other party compensation equal to the worker's wage for the notice period, or the balance of it, on the last wage. Indefinite contracts only — it is the remedy for breaching Article 75, which does not reach a non-Saudi's always-fixed-term contract (art. 37)
